In order to create strong village organizations, it is needed to develop awareness among the people towards unity and motivate them to identify their needs and make them efficient enough to solve their problems and meet their basic needs. Collective efforts are taken by the society members to awaken all the sections of the society in the villages who are involved in different socio-economic issues like environment protection, health and sanitation and development needs etc.
The need to strengthen the community development components through effective mobilization and empowerment is very strongly felt by society. Therefore it attempts to make its own members understand the true meaning of community empowerment and thereby motivate others. Society believes that it is through consistent efforts and regular monitoring that an attitudinal change in the right direction can be developed among the rural mass by setting up appropriate models of social and economic development.
