Society for Uttaranchal Development and Himalayan Action (SUDHA) has been serving the cause of people-centred, people-managed, people-controlled and people-owned development processes. We believe that sustainable development and good governance can be ensured only through active and effective involvement of the local community irrespective of caste, class or gender.
Established on 1st October 1999, SUDHA is a progressive social organization registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860. Our work spans across District Almora (Uttarakhand) and its vicinity in the fields of Training, Socio-Economic Research and Development.
